On January 18, 2025, several organizations, including Peace and Freedom Party, turned out hundreds who protested in front of the Robert Matsui Federal Building.
The demonstration was held not only in opposition to the Project 2025 proposals for Trump's second term, but also in reaction to the spineless policies of a Democratic Party attempting to preserve the empire by funding proxy wars and, in so doing, losing touch with the working class.
PFP Sacramento County chair C.T. Weber (pictured below) was one of the lead speakers at the event.
