On Saturday, April 5, the Sacramento Peace and Freedom Party (PFP) tabled at the “Hands Off!” rally sponsored by 50501 at the state Capitol. Getting there early, we got a good spot for our booth and spent a very busy day registering new PFP voters (at least 13), distributing PFP outreach materials, accepting donations, and talking with the constant stream of eager folks crowding our booth.
Although some expressed that PFP and allies are not quite yet poised to have their vote, we promised that we'd get there sooner than they think. Nearly everyone we spoke with expressed solidarity.
